宮城峽（Miyagikyo）蒸餾所位於仙台的折瀨川與廣瀨川交匯處，由於當地氣候溫和、濕度高，其蒸餾器採用間接蒸汽加熱，因此釀造出來的威士忌與偏向煙燻泥煤味的「余市」截然不同，宮城峽以優雅、果香濃郁、口感順滑著稱。

• 香氣 (Nose)： 清新且充滿花香。帶有青蘋果、檸檬柑橘的果香，揉合了洋甘菊、淡淡的香草氣息以及優雅的麥芽甜香。 / Fresh and floral. Notes of green apple and lemon citrus, blended with chamomile, a hint of vanilla, and an elegant malty sweetness.
